Fitness, U and Nutrition is a lifestyle management company which was founded in 2008 by Pooja Bhargava. At F.U.N by Pooja Bhargava, we take into consideration your daily life schedule and formulate a healthy diet and exercise regime to help make you healthy and fit!

The F.U.N diet!

At F.U.N we believe that variety is the spice of life and hence our diet plans are never mundane!

We give equal importance to calorie intake and calorie burning. Our diet plans are not only healthy and wholesome but also tasty and nourishing! We formulate a personalized health plan based on our client’s health and weight loss requirements, food allergies, as well as their likes and dislikes. We also include a variety of powerful Ayurvedic spices and herbs into the diets, as they are loaded with numerous health benefits and also assist in burning away calories naturally.

On waking up: A glass of warm water with lemon

Breakfast: 1 bowl upma + 1 cup of milk

Lunch: Vegetable + Dal

Snack: Vegetable sandwich

Dinner: Curd + Cooked Vegetables + Roti

Before bed: Green Tea
