Cocoa Chia Berry Smoothie

A healthy and sugar-free smoothie to curb those sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients

  • 5 large strawberries
  • 1 banana, choppe3d
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup low-fat soy milk
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • Nuts

How to prepare:

  • To a blender add 1 chopped banana
  • Add 5 large strawberries
  • Add 2 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in water/milk for 5-10 minutes)
  • Add in 4-5 mint leaves
  • Add in 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup low-fat soymilk
  • Blend all the ingredients together well
  • Pour into a glass
  • Garnish with strawberries & nuts
