These little seeds may be small, but they are an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, iron & calcium. They help lower high cholesterol levels naturally & reduce the risk of a heart attack. Coconut milk also has its fair share of health benefits to offer. Enough though it is high in saturated fats, research claims that coconut milk is known to boost immunity & aids weight loss naturally.

  • In a bowl add 2 cups coconut milk/skim milk
  • Add 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • Add 1 cup diced fruit of choice
  • Mix well & pour into a popsicle mold
  • Place in the fridge overnight
  • Remove from molds & enjoy!
