Beat the heat with this refreshingly healthy green tea cooler! It’s sugar-free, low on calories, and will give your system a healthy boost!


  • 1-2 sachets of green tea
  • 1 jug of hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3-4 slices of cucumber


  • Soak the green tea scathes in the jug of hot water for 3-4 minutes
  • Add in the lime juice
  • Add in the honey
  • Stir the mixture well
  • Add in the cucumber slices
  • Wait until the water is warm
  • Place the jug in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Enjoy a glass of chilled green tea whenever you are thirsty!
