Overnight Oats



Oats are incredibly nutritious! They are rich in antioxidants and beta-glucan which help lower cholesterol levels, keep blood sugar levels under control and aid natural weight loss. Eat them as a morning breakfast meal or enjoy them as a yummy and healthy dessert; add oats to your daily diet to enjoy a ton of amazing health benefits!


  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 5 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Chopped fruits & nuts


  • To 1 small bowl add 1 cup skim milk
  • Add in 5 tbsp rolled oats
  • Add 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp honey
  • Place in the fridge & leave overnight
  • In the morning remove the oats from the fridge
  • Top the mixture with fresh fruits or nuts & enjoy!
