- 1 cup skim milk
- 5 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- Chopped fruits & nuts
Method:
- To 1 small bowl add 1 cup skim milk
- Add in 5 tbsp rolled oats
- Add 1 tsp chia seeds
- Add 1 tbsp honey
- Place in the fridge & leave overnight
- In the morning remove the oats from the fridge
- Top the mixture with fresh fruits or nuts & enjoy!
