This sugar-free beverage is rich in potassium, protein and healthy fats! It can easily be made at home and can be consumed while fasting during Navratri, so you do not have to compromise on your cravings!

How to prepare:

  • In a blender add 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • Add 1 chopped banana
  • Add in 4 whole walnuts
  • Add 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Add 1 tbsp honey
  • Blend all the ingredients together well
  • Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • Enjoy chilled!
