Red pumpkin is a highly nutritious food which helps protect eyesight, promotes natural weight loss and boosts immunity naturally!

How To Prepare:

  • To a hot pan add 1 tbsp homemade ghee
  • Add in chopped cashews & almonds
  • Add 1 cup cooked pumpkin
  • Fry for 4-5 minutes until the raw smell disappears
  • Pour in 1/2 cup skim milk
  • Add in 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Add 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • Cook till the halwa thickens
  • Garnish with nuts & serve hot!
