Yoghurt is loaded with healthy antioxidants & is a great source of calcium. Yoghurt is known to help boost immunity, aid weight loss & also helps keep high blood pressure under control. Strawberries are a rich source of antioxidants which improve heart health & regulate blood sugar levels.

  • Add 100gm Greek yoghurt (or flavored yoghurt of choice) to a bowl
  • Add in 1 tbsp honey
  • Add 1 tsp water & whisk well
  • Dip 1 strawberry into the bowl & coat it with the mixture
  • Repeat with 5-6 other strawberries
